I have a home office. I also have a family. Which means that whenever I need to make a business call, I have to go to the quietest room in the house.
You see, it’s the only room in the house that’s behind two doors, so the kids’ screams don’t really get through and I can present the kind of aural atmosphere (dead silence) that most business people are comfortable with.
It also kind of redefines to the concept of “multitasking.”
