Cognitive dissonance


According to a recent study, about 57% of respondents said that their company considered recruiting one of the top business priorities, yet in the same study 70% of those respondents also said their company is less-than-stellar at measuring recruiting impact on the overall business.

So…is it really the business side of the house that’s in need of rectal extraction (as so many recruitment professionals are quick to point out)? Is recruitment a priority or not?

I think my brain is bleeding…
